Injury-time was under way and
Manchester United were labouring dreadfully in their FA Cup fifth-round
tie when a deflected corner dropped for Crawley forward Richard Brodie.
Standing on the six-yard line, the
striker placed his header firmly over keeper Anders Lindegaard and all
of Old Trafford stopped and waited for what seemed to be the
inevitable.
Justice, it seemed, would be done
and a deserved replay earned by the
