Hard Boiled Eggs

Bring your eggs to a rapid boil on high heat. Immediately after the timer goes off start removing the eggs from the pan with a slotted spoon or one of these nifty Tupperware egg spoons. Put the eggs in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. 12 hard boiled eggs with out a crack! Gently dry the eggs and return them to their egg carton until you are ready for coloring or cooking with them.
