It's been over three years since we heard about the potential for a remake of the horror favorite Child's Play featuring Chucky, everyone's favorite bloodthirsty, serial-killer-possessed doll. Then in 2008 we got word from Don Mancini, franchise writer and the original film's director, about the plans for the horror remake and just why they felt it was necessary.
